RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description
-Sign up new customers that walk in store for installation appointments
-Full time position
-Hourly Rate ($10-$15/hour) Based On Experience
HUGE Commission
BIG Bonuses and Company Perks (i.e. cell phone bill paid and more)
-$40,000-$90,000/year annual income range for average to top performers
-Quarterly Award Ceremonies
-2 week paid training course
-All employees receive iPADs
-DIRECTV Satellite feed to demonstrate the product to new and existing customers
-Upgrade existing walk in customers
-Inbound sales calls signup new installation appointments
-Inbound customer service calls from new and existing customers
-Make outbound calls to followup with customers for sales and customer service issues
-Attend company meetings, roadshows and events
-Stay up to date on new products and services
Job Requirements:
--Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
-Must have at least 2 full year of sales experience in the telecommunications industry or other subscription based selling industry
-Must have own personal reliable transportation
-Must have a working cell phone
-Must be proficient with using iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows software platforms
