Human Resource Administrator

We are currently seeking to add a Human Resource Administrator to our General Administration Team. This position reports to the Sr. Administrator - HR and will perform general HR duties including but not limited to: personnel file maintenance, data entry, assist with the recruiting and post offer process, conduct new hire orientations, administer day to day associate benefit forms, changes, updates and entries. Train to be payroll backup and eventually be responsible for the entire payroll process. Perform additional duties as deemed necessary or assigned.

Must be able to adhere to a strict level of confidence
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet, HRIS
Work well in a team environment
Good problem solving skills
Good time management skills
Excellent work ethic
Support multiple projects

Desired Skills:
Payroll experience, specifically Paycor, a plus
Previous Human Resource experience preferred

Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related area


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
