To that end, the Job Coach role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization.
REM Ohio is seeking a Job Coach with the capacity for planning, implementing, and supervising an individual with disabilities at a community-based employment location. Employment planning and readiness is a very important and key element for this position. This position maintains close liaison with local businesses, the local VRP3 agency, the BVR and RSC.
Previous vocational rehabilitation experience is necessary with the ability to write job reports, develop task analysis and develop employment plans.
Qualifications
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of six months experience in Human Services strongly preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
