Our 60
tap system showcases rare offerings of craft beer, ciders, and meads along with many of the classic favorites.
Our cured elements deliver a unique mix of charcuterie boards consisting of meats, cheeses, oils, vinegars, fruits, vegetables and select seafood to culture our patron's palette.
The Crafted & Cured team aims to always be a beacon of service and an anchor in the community as an integral part of the greater Dayton community.
As a Charcutier you will:
- greet every guest with a welcoming and kind approach - direct guests to ordering counters for dine-in or carry-out - take guests' orders at point of sale, with mindfulness to accuracy - accept payments with high integrity and consistency to standard operating procedures - prepare all menu items with accuracy and attention to detail - learn the entire menu and dietary considerations to offer considerate customer service - check on guests to ensure a positive experience; explain menu items, encourage guests to try new things, recommend beer, wine, complimentary non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages to up-sell from the bar - pre-bus and bus seating at the bar, clean and sanitize to ensure proper pacing and service - assist guests with online ordering, catering, and third-party delivery pick-up - set-up, organize, and clean behind the charcuterie bar and prep kitchen to ensure proper operations - complete all opening, shift change and closing procedures thoroughly with attention to detail - label and store all food, food prep, dry goods, and paper goods appropriately - manage par levels and track inventory behind the bar to communicate needs with General Management - participate and track on-going training in your role to develop skill, consistency, and performance - learn and adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook, training materials, standard operating procedures, and recipes guidelines - contribute to an environment where open communication flourishes, feedback is valued, contributions matter, and guests/team members are respected - keep the restaurant clean, organized, and guest ready - assist in marketing and promotional events when applicable - provide exceptional customer service to our BOH, FOH team members, and our guests - comply with health code standards and cleanliness in accordance with Miami County's Department of Health; ensure proper functionality and maintenance of all equipment - arrive on time to work with a positive attitude - other duties as assigned
