What skills are we looking for in a Dealer Services Analyst? Ability to answer inbound phone calls, make outbound calls Analytical skills and the ability to accurately recommend actions Use of excellent communication skills Ability to accurately record information in various computer applications while providing the best possible customer service experience Complete repetitive motion, operating office equipment, and remaining stationary for long periods of time What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
