30pm / 72 Hours per Pay Facility:
Upper Valley Medical Center Practices professional nursing care in an autonomous manner supported by evidenced-based practice, professional standards of care, and code of ethics.
Provides care for patients across the life span in a manner sensitive to social and cultural diversity.
The Registered Nurse manages the nursing care in an interdisciplinary manner, in collaboration with the healthcare team, family, and significant other.
Integrates the Collaborative Model of Care with a strong focus on patient-centered care into daily practice.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
BSN preferred.
Licensure:
Current Ohio State license as a Registered Nurse.
Certification:
Professional level CPR required.
Experience:
Min.
1 year of RN experience is required.
If a new grad RN (within the last months) is selected, completion of the Versant RN Residency Program is required unless the candidate has 6 months experience working/practicing as an RN in a like setting.
This program does not apply to anyone who graduated more than 12 months ago.
A 3 year post-residency work commitment to Premier Health is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
