Campus OverviewKettering Health Troy Kettering Health Troy, formerly Troy Hospital, a three-story, nearly 150,000-square-foot hospital using the latest technology and offering several outpatient services.
Accredited by the American College of Emergency Physicians as a Level 3 Geriatric Emergency Department in 2020.
Services include cardiac testing, emergency, intensive care, lab, imaging, surgery and a medical office building for physician practices.
28 bed facility.
Responsibilities & RequirementsEducational Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Associates Degree preferred.
Valid Drivers License required.
Certification required for Fire Tech, strongly preferred for other trades.
Experience:
3 years experience in commercial/industrial maintenance and repair.
Trouble shooting ability with HVAC, Electrical, Electronic, Plumbing and/or Fire systems.
Working knowledge of codes, blueprints and schematics.
Advanced knowledge of basic tools requiring dexterity, hand eye coordination and visual coordination.
PC skills preferred.
Preferred QualificationsElectrical Experience Nurse Call Recommended Skills Blueprinting Coordinating Electronics Hvac Maintenance Plumbing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
