The Director of First Impressions must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must tend to its associates' needs in such a way that they (the associates) are receiving the expected level of service and remain satisfied with the level of service provided by the Market Center.
What will you do? Manage office materials including ordering supplies (water bottles, paper, printer ink, etc.
) Greet everyone who walks in the door Assist agents with entering listings/ Command FAQ Maintain a clean and neat office appearance General cleaning duties (taking out trash, wiping surfaces, etc.
) Assist management team with onboarding new agents Answer phones Assist with Market Center staff with Team Meetings, Trainings and off-site social events Help share the Market Centers value story through social media, email and direct care calls to our agents General Administrative duties as needed Knowledge/Skills Positive attitude Great verbal and communication skills Neat, clean, professional appearance Phone skills People skills Computer skills Microsoft Suite experience Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
