Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking to hire for an excellent Director of Business Development to join alongside our team of excellent caregivers! Requirements:
Experience in the Skilled Nursing and Healthcare or similar marketing position within long term care or related healthcare setting.
Superior communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, as marketing responsibilities may dictate We are offering Extremely competitive salary Healthcare Benefits Paid Time Off Friendly Environment
Responsibilities:
Maintain daily interactions with physicians and discharge planners at hospitals to ensure referrals/ admissions.
Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork.
Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges.
Daily census reports and reporting.
Notification and reporting of admission updates.
Works with Nursing Liaisons/Marketer with referrals/admissions.
Provides community tours, maintains current knowledge of bed availability, ensures all inquiries are handled properly, timely, and with appropriate follow-up.
Other duties as assigned.
